Auxiliary Light Mounts for RS or RT PDF Print E-mail

These mounts were inspired by a photo Kent Christensen sent me of some San Jose mounts he had.  I made mine with 1" aluminum angle.  It is 6 1/2" long, you can taper or shape it any why that suits you.  It is held to the fairing with one of the original fairing screws and a M8 bolt that you need to drill for.  The hole position needs to be determined by access and it's location should be pretty obvious.  You also need to drill for your specific light mount taking into consideration the light's diameter etc.  The job is easier on a RS as on a RT it's all right under the glove box. bit it can be done.  That's a RT in the photo the photos page #3.  Jeff Trapp
